Hi! I’m Rian Karell Bilbao but most people call me Iyah! – the hands behind Dream & Bloom PH. Crafting has always been my way or sharing joy and comfort. What began as a hobby quickly became my love language –
a way to make people feel remembered and cherished through handmade blooms. Each order I receive is personal to me – I think of the person who will give it, and the one who’ll receive it. That’s what makes every creation special.
